AXLE is committed to contributing to the phenomenal growth occurring in northeast Ohio in all the communities in which we work. Our work integrates universal design principles and sustainability practices, to the extent each project budget allows. We hold a seat on the board of Concerned Citizens Community Council, a grassroots citizen empowerment nonprofit organization and work through the organization to address the housing blight within our city. We hire and train locally, and we hire and patronize vendors and subcontractors from the communities of the properties where we work. We also provide education and workshops for homeowners and other citizens.
